Thomas asks…Lowering Bridge of Classical Guitar?Hi my classical guitar has 2 plastic pieces under the bridge (making the bridge higher). I believe that by removing them (if they are removable) that it would enhance the sound stopping the sound from going through plastic before hitting the wood and increase projection. The guitar came this way and it was $1600 so I do not want to do anything to ruin or take away from the guitar.
Can you tell me what these plastic pieces are for, and if it is
